We want you to have a great experience shopping for used tractor parts, so in this article we'll try to answer as many questions as we can about used tractor parts, how we operate, and the industry in general.
Used Tractor Parts vs. Aftermarket Tractor Parts
Used Tractor Parts
Used tractor parts come from salvaged tractors and sometimes old tractors that have been put out to pasture so to speak. These tractor parts are usually the tractor manufacturers original part and were made to their specifications.
Some tractors we receive have small mechanical issues, some have major mechanical issues, some have caught fire, and some have been wrecked. We purchase these tractors from tractor salvage auctions, individuals that no longer have a need for their old tractor, and other various sources.
Aftermarket Tractor Parts
Aftermarket tractor parts are considered a secondary market of the tractor manufacturing industry. These parts are new and may or may not be manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). After the sale of a tractor these parts are sold to consumers, dealers, and repair shops for maintenance and repairs. You'll find a wide variety of these parts available for most every make and model of tractor.
Some tractor parts are made in the USA, but are also produced all over the world.
Who Buys Used Tractor Parts
We sell to everyone, farmers, weekend warriors, tractor parts dealers and anyone that is looking to save money. If you have a tractor that needs a part, be sure to check with us first, we may have what you're looking for.
How To Determine What Part You Need
Identify Your Tractors Problem
Identify the problem you are having with your tractor by using a tractor repair manual.
Write Down The Details
When you have isolated the part that needs to be replaced write down the make and model of your tractor along with a description of your part and any identifying details about it such as the number of splines, teeth, sizes, etc. This will help us to make sure you get the right replacement part for your tractor.
Take A Picture Of Your Part
This is an optional step but sending us a good picture will help us to identify your part for you.
Call Us And We'll Help You Find Your Part
Once you have determined what tractor part you need give us a call here at 1-800-462-7335 or send us the information about your part on our contact form and a member of our sales team will help you with your needs.

Most purchases are shipped the same day. Your sales person will let you know whether or not your parts will ship the same day. How To Choose A Tractor Parts Dealer
Choose A Tractor Parts Dealer With a Great Reputation
Not all used tractor parts dealers are the same. Since used parts come from tractors that have been worked hard or sometimes damaged we never know what kind shape a part may be in until we dismantle the tractor. Therefore it's important that you select a reputable tractor parts dealer. We suggest ordering parts from an experienced tractor parts dealer that has been in the tractor parts business a while.
Choose A Dealer With Experience
Anyone that has been in this business a while will be able to understand a customer's needs more easily and be able to navigate you through the pitfalls that may arise when trying to find the right part for your tractor.
Choose A Dealer That Stands Behind Their Parts
Make sure your dealer offers a warranty on all their parts. Sometimes it can be hard to tell how long a used tractor part will last so you want to make sure that your dealer will at least replace your part if it fails in a reasonable amount of time. Also, make sure they have a good return policy in case your tractor part is not a good fit.
