Return Policy

Parts returned in unused, new, and sellable condition will be refunded or exchanged; the choice is yours. We will replace or exchange the part or issue a refund for the original purchase price, including shipping.*

Warranty Policy

Our new, used, and rebuilt parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase (Some exclusions for special, discounted, and discontinued items may apply). All parts that are sold "as is" are excluded from this offer. This warranty is only valid for parts that have been installed properly, maintained, and used under normal conditions. Upon inspection, if we determine the part to be defective, we will either replace the part or issue a refund for the original purchase price including shipping, the choice is yours. No consideration for labor, downtime, or any other expense will be given. Cross Creek Tractor Co. Inc. assumes no liability of any kind more than the original purchase price of the item sold.
