  Important:

  If your purchase was made on eBay, returns must be processed directly through eBay. You cannot return eBay purchases using this form. Please follow the steps below to initiate your return on eBay:

  1. Log into your eBay account.
  2. Hover over the My eBay link at the top of the page (or tap the person silhouette if you’re on mobile).
  3. Click Purchase History or Purchases.
  4. Locate the item you want to return and click the More Actions link on the right-hand side.
  5. From the dropdown menu, select Return This Item.
  6. On the next page, choose your reason for the return, add details, and upload images if necessary.
  7. Click Request a Return at the bottom of the page.
  8. Wait for the return to be approved, then follow the instructions to ship the item back.

  Important:

  If your purchase was made on Amazon, returns must be processed directly through Amazon. You cannot return Amazon purchases using this form. Follow the steps below to start your return on Amazon:

  1. Log into your Amazon account and go to Your Orders to view your recent purchases. If returning a gift, go to Return a Gift instead.
  2. Select the order containing the item you want to return and click Return or Replace Items.
  3. Choose the item you wish to return and select a reason from the Reason for Return menu.
  4. Choose how to process your return. If applicable, select to issue a refund or replacement.
  5. Select your preferred return method.
  6. Print your return label and return authorization.
  7. Add your return label (if applicable) and package your items for return.

  If your purchase was made through Walmart, returns must be processed directly with Walmart. You cannot return Walmart purchases using this form. Follow the steps below to start your return:

  1. Log into your Walmart account using the Walmart app or by visiting your Purchase History on Walmart.com.
  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and choose a reason for the return from the available options.
  3. Choose your return method by selecting "Return to Store" to receive a return barcode, or, for eligible items, selecting "Curbside Return
  4. Review the return and refund summary to ensure all details are correct, then submit your return.
  5. Check your email for a confirmation. Bring the confirmation email and the item you’re returning to the store.
